If, in spite of our attention to detail, you wish to make some changes to the finished translation - no problem. You have up to 30 days to request that any passages that were not translated to your complete satisfaction are re-translated at no additional charge. You only need to tell us where and what needs to be improved.
If it is a problem that is not covered by the terms and conditions of the contract we are sure to find a goodwill solution, depending on the individual situation. We will not leave you in the lurch!
