Assignment of jobs for registered translators:
Are you a translator with several years of experience who would like to take on jobs online?
These jobs come from our well-developed network of customer relationships.
If you apply (by clicking on Register and filling out the form), once we have verified your credentials*, you may participate in our online job assignment service:
-> We post new translation jobs.
-> Depending on language pairs, native language, and
other criteria, each job will then be submitted to one or more registered translators (such as you)**.
You will then receive a short email giving a link that will let you read the particulars of
the job online. At that point, you may accept the job.
If you do not respond, the job may be taken by another translator.
If you accept an assignment: As soon as you complete the translation and upload it-and we check your work-you can view your invoice online, and we will transfer your payment to your account.
* You will enter your references and other information online when you log on for the first time. Of course, it would also be helpful if you could also submit your qualifications in writing.
** If a job was manually assigned to you (because your name has been added to our preferred list of established translators), we will give you a few hours' time to decide whether or not to accept it.
If the job was automatically assigned to you by the system, you may be one of several translators whom we have contacted at the same time. Therefore, if you are interested, you should let us know promptly.
(The email will state whether the assignment was made manually or automatically.)
